May 7-9,2025, the Smarter E Europe—EES 2025 was held in Munich, Germany. XY Power showcased its core power conversion modules and intelligent scheduling module at the exhibition, presenting its innovative value through a broader range of application scenarios.

According to data from the European Automobile Manufacturers' Association (ACEA), the total sales of new energy passenger vehicles in Europe exceeded 2.945 million units in 2024. In the first quarter of 2025, the sales of electric vehicles (including pure electric and plug-in hybrids) in Europe continued to grow, with pure electric vehicle registrations increasing by 23.9% year-on-year, raising their market share to 15.2%. ACEA predicts that by the end of 2025, new energy vehicle sales in Europe may reach 4 million units, with pure electric vehicles dominating the market.
Facing the rapidly growing new energy vehicle market and diverse application environments, XY Power partnered with its European regional collaborator, Voltaira, to jointly exhibit at the event, bringing products and solutions suitable for both commercial and household use to the public.
**Rich Application Scenarios**
To better align with the European new energy vehicle charging market, XY Power unveiled the following at this exhibition: 60kW independent air-duct AC/DC charging module, 40kW AC/DC charging module, and the 12-in/6-out charging power router. In collaboration with Voltaira, XY Power developed AC charging products that better suit European consumers' aesthetics and are more convenient to install. These products and solutions cover a wide range of scenarios, including household and commercial charging, battery swapping, heavy-duty electric mobility charging, and complex-environment charging, further meeting the diverse market demands of European consumers for charging system development across different scenarios.
**Superior Product Value**
The 40kW charging module adopts SiC material technology and patented software control algorithms, achieving a peak efficiency of 97.5%, noise levels are kept below 60dB, and the EMI standard complies with Class B, making it safe for use in commercial and residential areas. Additionally, the product features thorough gel-filled technology and has passed various extreme environment tests, ensuring stronger environmental adaptability.

For heavy-duty electric mobility and complex charging scenarios involving high temperatures, humidity, or dust, XY Power introduced the 60kW CE independent air-duct ACDC charging module during the exhibition. This product features an independent air-duct design and boasts an IP65 protection rating, making it suitable for harsh environments such as mines, docks, and construction sites that require continuous operation. With a peak efficiency of ≥97.3% and EMI compliance with Class B, the product can be applied to a wider range of scenarios. Furthermore, the use of automotive-grade sealing materials ensures long-term airtightness, enhancing operational stability and extending service life.

To address the high land costs associated with charging station construction in Europe, XY Power showcased its full-matrix power distribution solution during the exhibition. This solution incorporates the independently developed 12-in/6-out charging power router. The product adopts a modular design with high power density and an optimized width-to-depth ratio, facilitating more efficient charging system layouts. Its built-in software algorithms not only simplify system-level software development but also enable more compact and flexible system designs. In terms of distribution efficiency, the product's full-matrix design allows higher flexibility, higher power utilization, and improved charging conversion efficiency and system utilization, ultimately boosting station operational profits and charging speeds.

According to ACEA data, as of Q3 2024, Europe's charging installation base reached approximately 795,000 units, of which fewer than 120,000 were DC charging station. Given Europe's carbon neutrality goals and the development targets for electric vehicles, the insufficient infrastructure for fast charging, particularly DC charging, has become a major constraint on the growth of the European new energy vehicle market. Moving forward, XY Power hopes to collaborate with more partners to jointly develop high-quality, regionally tailored products and solutions, advancing the process of carbon neutrality goals together.
